Premium Korean Metal Chopsticks and Spoon Set - Stainless Steel with Elegant Ivy Print (IVY-Silver) - Perfect for Asian Dining, Home Kitchen & Gift Giving

Maybe I misread, but these are very thin compared to other chopsticks I have owned - like long toothpick thin. So- very awkward to use. I decided I had to purchase another set of a different kind to get what I want. However, despite that they are pinpoint thin and lightweight- they are solid. And I recently bought a mesh basket so I can put such things in the dishwasher (these would fall right through the holes of a silverware basket). So, I tossed them into a drawer - and maybe someday, I will appreciate having a variety or different chopstick. I don’t foresee a purpose now, but…Also- the box (inside plastic wrap) was scuffed and highly dented, so these would not have been giftable.I didn’t need the spoons- I just couldn’t find decent chopsticks on Amazon without being in a set with spoons or a large set. And- the long handled spoons are now part of my tea/coffee bar as unique in size with long handle- and handy to have the teaspoon sized one there.World Market has nice porcelain chopsticks for a fraction of the cost- so I was just looking for a nice metal pair for my own personal use.Almost permanent use.I wish they sold these in larger quantities but these are nice and sturdy, and easy to use and clean.This was an engagement gift for my neice who is marrying a man from South Korea. When they opened the box, he cried. He said it was a very sentimental first gift and very appropriate.Birthday present for my daughter- absolutely perfect! She even says she’ll be buying more for her own home in the futureA sterling silver set is nice as a wedding gift, but stainless is SO much easier to deal with (ie., no polishing)! After having used Korean steel table settings for nearly 3 decades, all other variants seem clumsy in comparison. These are great and great-looking.I like the workmanship but i found them to be too small and too thin to be held comfortably by me. They are nice to look at but not practical for bigger hands.This is my favorite set and design by far. So elegant looking. I ended up buying more because I got majority of my family into them. Had them for a while and they are holding up well! Highly recommend!Bought this as a gift. It had to be shipped from USA but came within the expected time. The recipient was very happy with the quality of this item - especially as it was Made In Korea so it seemed more “authentic”.Really beautiful and well made. Nice to hold and use. Slightly pricey.This arrived very quickly and is exactly as described. Very pretty and I will enjoy using for years to come.Looks like very luxury.Much more refine quality than I expected.
